DILLON&I use Royal Mail as our main postal service. We current offer postage to customers in the UK only.

If an item is damaged in any way, DILLON&I will accept the item back, pay for return postage and refund the original order value in full.  This is subject to you, the customer, providing full details of the defected item, including photographic evidence.  Once an item has been used, we do not accept any responsibility for damage to the products.  

Full UK tracking information will be sent to you via email once your item(s) have been dispatched.  You can track your order via the official Royal Mail website.

Please note, items purchased during a sale event may take longer to be dispatched.  Items bought during a sale event are not eligible for refunds or returns, similar to items purchased outside of a sale event.
